Powered Mobile Racking System
OPTIMIZE SPACE BY ELIMINATING INDIVIDUAL ACCESS AISLES
Mobile racking is a high-density storage system that maximizes warehouse capacity by mounting racks on carriages that move on rails embedded into the concrete floor. Aisles can be accessed manually or through remote RFID control. The electric motors move multiple racks mounted on carriages, and radio remote control sends commands to the mobile racking. Operational release buttons and carriage controls are directly fixed to the carriage, which minimizes external components and increases the system’s safety.
Electric-powered mobile racking is commonly used for storing raw materials, finished products, food and beverages, molds, and other industrial items. It can also be used in logistics warehouses or freezer warehouses, and it comes in different types, including normal temperature, freezing, and explosion-proof. The freezing type can be used in cold storage environments as low as minus 30 degrees, while the explosion-proof type is suitable for storing hazardous materials such as paints and fragrance adhesives.
